Packing
All Jamsheed wines are packed in eco-friendly recyclable material. Please understand that we refuse to ship in polystyrene or other such environmentally hazardous materials.
Insurance
The optional insurance charges of $6/$100 purchase covers all damage and losses during shipping only. The optional insurance means Jamsheed wines will replace any damaged items and cover the cost of re-shipping.
Refund policy
There is no change of mind policy. Once the wine has been opened it cannot be refunded.
If you think your wine is faulty please contact us directly at hello@jamsheed.com.au .
You will need to return a sample of said faulty wine to receive a refund.
