Yellow Flowers, Tumeric, Buttercup, Honeysuckle

The 2021 Marsanne Roussanne was grown by the Warners in Beechworth. Although this a very traditional blend, this is the first time we’ve ever combined Marsanne with Roussanne, at equal parts. The Marsanne brings the spice, while the Roussanne brings the flowers and texture. Lighter in body than our Single Vineyard Roussanne, direct pressed to old French oak for fermentation separately with indigenous yeasts, left sur lees for 10 months. Blended pre bottling, unfiltered and unfined with minimal suphites added.
