Elderberry, Plums, Mouthwatering Acidity

Grown by Chalmers Vineyard in Heathcote, the 2023 Apricity Negroamaro was picked early for freshness and saw 100% whole berry partial carbonic maceration for 2 weeks, was fermented with indigenous yeasts and left on lees in old French oak for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal added sulphites.
