Red Current, Creamy, Fresh Tobacco

Grown in Faraday in the cooler southern hills of Bendigo, off the granite slopes of Mt Alexander. Whole berry fermentation for 13 days with indigenous yeasts, pressed to old French oak and left on lees for 7 months. Drink young, the epitome of luncheon claret. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal added sulphites.
