Raspberry Coulis, Dried Violets, Sturdy Tanins

Grown by Chalmers Vineyard in Heathcote, the Apricity Sagrantino saw 50% whole bunch carbonic maceration for 2 weeks, fermented with indigenous yeasts and left on lees in old French oak for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal added sulphites.
