White Pepper, Bramble Fruit, Deep and Complex Tannins

Grown on one of the highest elevations in Upper Yarra valley, this is a combination of two Syrah clones grown side by side. Fermented separately, 50% whole bunch fermentation for 2 weeks with indigenous yeasts, left on lees in old French oak for 7 months. Designed to be enjoyed without being cellared. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal added sulphites.
