Lychee, White Flowers, Full Bodied

The 2022 Park Fiallo is a blend of 60% Fiano and 40% Moscato Giallo (Heathcote). Both left for 4 days on skins separately. Pressed to old French oak barrels for fermentation and blended prior to bottling. As always, bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulphites added.
