Rose Petals, Tangerine, Vibrant, Electric Acidity

The 2022 Park Rosé is made of 100% Negroamaro, grown in its perfect and most idyllic climate in Heathcote. This is the first time we have worked with this variety and we couldn’t be more pleased with what has ended up in bottle! Picked early to convey vibrancy through acidity, but still possessing body and complexity. Direct pressed to old French barrels for fermentation and left sur lees for 7 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulphites added.
