Lychee, White Flowers, Full Bodied

The 2023 Park Fiallo is a blend of 40% Fiano and 60% Moscato Giallo (Heathcote). Both left for 4 days on skins separately. Pressed to old French oak barrels for fermentation and blended prior to bottling. As always, bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulphites added.
